By accessing or using Burak Taxi's services, including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including passengers, drivers, and visitors to our website.

1. Service Availability Our services are available only to persons residing in or visiting the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. User Accounts You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 3. Ride Bookings All ride bookings are subject to driver availability. We do not guarantee that a driver will accept your ride request. 4. Cancellation Policy Passengers may cancel a ride request while it is awaiting driver acceptance. Once a driver accepts, the ride can be completed by either the passenger or driver; cancellation is not available in the app.

1. Driver Requirements - Must possess a valid Canadian driver's license - Must maintain valid vehicle insurance - Must pass background checks - Must maintain vehicle standards 2. Service Standards - Maintain professional conduct - Follow traffic laws and regulations - Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained - Follow platform guidelines 3. Subscription Terms - Drivers select a monthly or annual subscription plan. - Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. - Passengers arrange ride fare payment directly with the driver. - Drivers remain responsible for their applicable tax obligations.

1. User Conduct - Treat drivers and vehicles with respect - Provide accurate pickup locations - Follow safety guidelines - Maintain appropriate behavior 2. Ride Fare Payment - Agree on and pay the ride fare directly to the driver. - The app does not collect passenger ride fares or process in-app ride payments. - Discuss any fare-related questions directly with the driver.

1. Insurance Coverage We maintain commercial automobile liability insurance in accordance with local laws and regulations. 2. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Burak Taxi shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential losses - Loss of profit or revenue - Service interruptions - Third-party actions 3. User Responsibility Users are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during rides.
